Your account details (email, name), your organization and business information, and the customer feedback you authorize us to ingest — each item recorded with its source, permission basis, and retention rules.
What we never do
We never sell your data, never use your customer feedback or media to train shared models without explicit rights and policy, and never send review text or access tokens to third-party analytics.
Your controls
Consent for likeness, quotation, and voice is granular and revocable at any time. Revocation pauses future use and starts removal tasks for already-published content where provider APIs allow.
