Draft notice

These terms is pending legal review and has not taken effect. The statements below describe how the platform is engineered to behave.

The service

Ravelets provides the following capabilities:

  • Discovery of your business and a free intelligence report built from public business information.
  • A shared inbox for customer feedback you are authorized to use, with source and permission basis recorded per item.
  • Content Potential scoring that explains why an item is (or is not) good story material.
  • AI-drafted UGC concepts: quote cards, social images and short videos with scripts, captions and hashtags.
  • A human approval workflow — nothing publishes without your explicit approval.
  • Publishing through a manual asset kit today, with assisted publishing to connected platforms as provider integrations are configured.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Ravelets. If you register on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to act for that business and to bind it to these terms.

Accounts & security

Keep your password confidential and your team seats in check. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access — use the contact page and pick “Data & privacy”.

Acceptable use

This is the most important clause in this document:

  • Only connect accounts and ingest feedback you are authorized to use.
  • No fabrication — never fabricate reviews, counts or results, and never misrepresent AI dramatization as real customer recordings.
  • Consent before publishing — obtain and record customer consent before publishing likeness, quotation or voice, and honor revocation immediately.
  • No harassment — do not use Ravelets to target, demean or harass any person, customer or otherwise.

AI content disclaimer

AI-drafted concepts, scripts and captions are generated assistance, not professional advice, and they may contain errors. You review and approve every output before use — the approval step is yours, and so is the responsibility for what you publish.

Intellectual property

Your feedback and content remain yours. The Ravelets platform, brand and software remain ours. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and display your workspace content in order to provide the service — nothing more.

Billing & plans

Some plan prices may be pending approval; while they are, checkout stays disabled and no charge can occur. The three-image trial requires no card, is granted once per account, and failed generations never consume it. Paid plans activate only through verified provider state — a checkout redirect is not proof of payment. Prices are always disclosed before any charge. Join the early-access list on the pricing page to be set up the moment billing goes live.

Availability

The service is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it available and honest, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and provider integrations activate only when they are actually configured.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravelets is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, while billing is disabled, is zero.

Termination & deletion

You can cancel your plan and permanently delete your account and business data at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. We may suspend accounts that violate the acceptable-use clause above — fabrication and consent violations are the fastest way to lose access. See Data & account deletion for what deletion removes.

Changes

Material changes to these terms will be announced in the product before they take effect, and the “Last updated” date above will change with them.

Contact

The fastest way to reach us is the contact page — pick the “Data & privacy” topic and a real person will read it.
