Data & account deletion

Delete it yourself, right now

You do not need to email anyone. Sign in and go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account permanently. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm, because there is no undo.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• Your business profile and brand settings
• All imported customer feedback and its consent records
• Your Ravelets (discovered feedback items) and their scores
• Productions — concepts, scripts, captions and generated media
• Publications and scheduled posts
• Connected platform tokens and connections
• All active sessions (you are logged out everywhere)

What may persist briefly

• Encrypted backups — deletion reaches them as they age out on the normal backup rotation.
• Anonymized aggregates — totals that no longer identify you or your customers (for example, platform-wide usage counts).

Prefer a human?

Use the contact page, pick “Data & privacy”, and ask us to delete your account. We will verify you own the account first, then delete it and confirm in writing.

Export your data today

Today you can export your content by copying it straight from the product — concepts, scripts and captions are yours. Structured JSON/CSV exports are on the roadmap and will appear in Settings when they ship; this page will say so the moment they do.
