Why “Ravelets”?
Ravelet = a rave, captured. Every business is sitting on rave reviews, rave comments, rave little moments customers type at midnight without being asked. A Ravelet is one of those moments — found, shaped and ready for the spotlight.
The problem we saw
Existing tools obsess over five-star Google reviews — as if that were the only place customers say kind things. The compliment in yesterday's Instagram comment, the thank-you note in your support inbox, the sentence a guest wrote at length on a hotel review site: none of that fits the “pull your Google rating” mold.
The alternatives were no better: auto-generated spam that burns the trust marketing exists to build, or agency-priced productions that take a month and a retainer. Small, real businesses were left choosing between silence and fabrication.
